How do I join the live group coaching sessions?
To attend a live session, log into your member account and join the specific session you plan to attend.

Joining a session allows us to send you the Zoom link and reminders.
Do I need to join every session to access Zoom Link?
Yes. Each live session requires you to join that specific date in order to receive the Zoom link and notifications. You are free to attend as many or as few sessions as you choose.

Attendance is always optional. Each live session requires you to join for that specific date in order to receive the Zoom link and session notifications. You are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you choose. Come when you’re able, and know that listening is always welcome.
If you want it even shorter or more casual, I can tighten it further.
Will the Zoom link stay the same?
No. Each session has a unique Zoom link for privacy and security. You’ll receive the correct link after joining the session.
Can I save sessions to my calendar?
Yes. After joining a session, you’ll receive an email with options to add the session to your Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar.
What if I forget to join a session?
If you haven’t joined a session, you won’t receive the Zoom link. We recommend joining in advance so reminders are sent automatically.
Do I need to speak or share?
No. Participation is always at your comfort level. You may listen quietly or engage as you choose.
