2. About The Gathering Alliance

The Gathering Alliance provides educational resources, coaching programs, community support, events, and digital materials designed to support personal growth, clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. Offerings may include, but are not limited to, memberships, scholarships, group coaching, workshops, and online content.

All content, materials, guidance, and resources provided by The Gathering Alliance are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing offered is intended to be, or should be considered, medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Participants are encouraged to seek the advice of qualified professionals for concerns requiring professional care.

4. No Therapeutic or Legal Relationship

Participation in any program, including The Restored Sisterhood Circle and The Restored Brotherhood Circle, does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.

The Gathering Alliance is not a medical provider, mental health provider, or legal service provider.

5. Personal Responsibility

Participants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, behaviors, and outcomes. Any actions taken as a result of participation are done voluntarily and at the participant’s own discretion and risk.

Individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. No Guarantees

The Gathering Alliance makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding results, personal transformation, emotional healing, relationship outcomes, financial outcomes, or any other specific results.

Participation does not guarantee progress, success, or resolution of personal challenges.

7. Memberships and Cancellations

Memberships may be canceled at any time unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.

Cancellation stops future billing.
Past payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Access to membership content may end immediately upon cancellation.

Scholarship memberships may be subject to additional terms outlined at the time of approval.

8. Payments and Refunds

All fees, payment plans, and pricing are disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated:

Payments are non-refundable.
Missed sessions, unused benefits, or partial participation do not qualify for refunds.
The Gathering Alliance reserves the right to update pricing at any time for future enrollments.

9. Community Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully within The Gathering Alliance community.

The following are not permitted:

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Sharing private or confidential information of others
Disruptive or harmful conduct within group spaces

The Gathering Alliance reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community standards, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, recordings, workbooks, and resources provided by The Gathering Alliance are the intellectual property of The Gathering Alliance unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or share materials without written permission.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy

While The Gathering Alliance values confidentiality within its community, it cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the privacy of other members. Privacy practices are further outlined in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gathering Alliance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in its programs, use of materials, or reliance on provided information.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

13. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Gathering Alliance, its founders, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from their participation or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
